Favorite thing to do downtown Olympia: Investing in urban development and supporting the revitalization of the downtown core.
Walker founded Urban Olympia in 2012. Prior to investing in the revitalization of downtown Olympia, he worked for CE John Company for 18 years and was the Seabrook Land Company CFO for eight. He has a business degree from Washington State University (Go Cougs!) and attended the University of Portland for his Masters of Business Administration. He is passionate about urban development and wants to create a downtown core that supports walkable lifestyles.

Favorite restaurant: “Pizzeria La Gitana. I’m gluten intolerant and they’re very careful during food prep to ensure no cross-contamination. The staff have become some of my favorite people. I also love ROW restaurant and their Chicken Caesar Salad is the best. The staff is so delightful and committed to the quality of the food and cleanliness of the restaurant and outside dinning area. We wave daily as I travel from the outside patio area between our buildings.”
Teri is an expert in downtown living. She has been helping people find homes that match their lifestyles for more than thirty years. She earned her Washington State broker’s license in 2004 and has worked within the scope of property management, sales and leasing in Thurston County ever since. Teri’s experience ranges from multi-family and single-family homes to new construction and independent investment properties. She is now the designated broker for all of the Urban Management Co. inventory. The partnership includes all of Urban Olympia’s buildings and she will continue to work on leasing and management throughout the downtown area.

Carrie Kramer, Controller

Carrie Kramer is the Controller for the Urban Olympia entities in Olympia Washington. Carrie has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Martin’s College and is a Certified Public Accountant. After twenty years in public accounting, she transitioned to private accounting three years ago to work at Urban Olympia. Outside of work Carrie enjoys time with her family, her two dogs Max and Buster and gardening.
